Aside from a little bit of a fitment issue and the fact they dont send you hardware to install it with, it's a pretty badass piece.
theres significantly more torque below 3.5krpm and it pulls REAL strong till the cams run out. it did take 2 months to get, half of which is due to canadian shipping, but since its been so long i dont really miss the $327 I spent on it so it kinda feels free
If i could do that 'ghost car gran-turismo race your own last lap' thing in real life, i'd totally walk me. I think it really opened up my system, cuz it pulls a LOT more than what SVT stuff yielded.

And make one hell of a combo...
That i think will be the only y-pipe to actually increase TQ!

Hmmm... I have a Brullen Y-pipe, and when I first put it on with a stock exhaust after it, I didn't notice ANY difference at all, except for a whistling noise caused by their use of a single-wall flexjoint. It's been months, and still no resolution to the whistling. Since then, I put on a full SS exhaust with Magnaflow muffler, and *then* I noticed a power increase. I would say though that my car is sorely lacking low-end torque, although it pulls really hard up top. It's always been poor for low-end torque.
Mods:
-Brullen Y
-Hi-flow Cat
-Full SS exhaust
-Magnaflow muffler
-CTA Motorsports intake
-Optimized TB
-NGK Iridiums
-FMS 9mm wires
-Bat Euro Handling Kit
-Konig Traffik 17's w Nitto NeoGen tires

I'm not one to raise the BS flag or anything but the Brullen Y hasn't been out very long and you say you have had it on months...

I finally put mine on. I had some fitment issues as well, and one of the joints was not welded completely, so I have to get that taken care of. Otherwise, the butt-dyno was happy with it. I didn't notice much on the low end (probably in part because of my ATX), but it pulls better after about 3500rpm.

Can someone please explain which "fitmit" issues they have had with the Brullin Ypipe?
I had an old Yo-Dude Ypipe..It didnt fit worth a damn. Didnt line up the manifolds...the flex section hung too low and would hit on speed bumps. I dont want to have any serious Y-pipe problems ever again.

Hmmm... fitment-wise, it fit perfectly. In fact, Brullen themselves installed it gratis to check correct fitment on a Cougar. That said, I almost wish I had retained my stock Y... I don't feel I got too much bang for the buck on this one. But then, I will never be happy with the performance of this car, no matter how many mods are done to it...

My fitment issue was that it didn't line up with the exhaust manifolds. It was close, and with persuasion I was able to force it on, but it took me 3 hours of trial and error to do so.
