Well, the dealership mechanics still have no idea what could be causing the clunk sound. They've checked everything they can think of and said that they think that it might be something with the frame. So now I need to take it to a bodyshop. (I also think that the dealship is sick of working on it). So if anyone in the pensacola area knows a good bodyshop I can take it in to, let me know.

is it under warr. the dealer has to get it fixed not you........!
if they can not they have to lemon law it.... no exceptions!!
you do not know if it is a hazard to drive if you dont know what the problem is
your car is a uni frame not a sub and top frame like old card. body bolts would get loose or a frame rail hitting
the under carage of the car... so dont let them say its in the body..

good luck
remember if you dont get action. ask for the showroom manager and if that dosent work Call ford.
the #is in your cars owner manual..

except this was caused by an accident, so it doesn't fall under warrenty (although the dealership was nice enough to replace all the damaged parts for me under warrenty). and I did something stupid and not call the insurance company :banghead:

In that case, I recommend taking it to The Paint and Body Shop on Navy Blvd, right next to Gene's Lounge.

They did the work on my Coug when I had my hood done and did an  job.
