that 256,000 Dkr is about $45,000 for the cougar that's so crazy!!!!
anyway, I'm gonna see about getting that GTI - cause we are gonna get a car ehre now.
paying $1300 a month right now for the Mondeo.
but my mom said that we buy a car, i fix it up a little bit, wax it etc and we resell it for about the same amount.
rather my grandma will after we leave
we'll see, maybe we won't get that far. :)

added a link to pics of todays shopping.
there's a melina blue cougar towards the bottom(beginning of the day) also about $45,000 U.S
there may be a profit in them!!
i should buy a big friggin boat and buy a bunch of cougars and bring them over there :)
hmm.. i wonder how their laws are about taking an american car and changing everything like steering wheel over..
from something i read.. if i remember right.. it's really expensive for us to switch it over here

steering wheel over?
no need :) they drive on the "right" side of the road - both "rights" at that - the correct one and the right hand side ;)
i have thought about this and so has my mom, we may have someone buy a few cougars - if it cost $10,000 to ship one here, we could make about $40,000-$50,000 in profits on them
not sure though - gotta find out how legal that is.

After you mentioned this, I started giving it some thought. I don't see a legal reason why you couldn't export Cougars as long as the cars are legal over there. The Cougar was already certified in Europe by Ford so it shouldn't be much of a problem. Other than changing the taillights to the Euro spec (I believe the lighting laws require an amber turn signal), there shouldn't be much work involved in converting them.

yeah - i did think about that, but then why do they have white turn signals up front :)
i'm not sure - i'd have to find out
