I personally think $14,000 is too high for your asking price considering I just bought my '02 Cougar with only 3,000 miles on it for just under $15,000. But hey, if you can find some poor sap to buy it off you for that price, the more power to ya.

You guys dont think that I know $14000 is too high but it is what I owe on it I had a roll over from my Rodeo so yeah I owe a lot on the thing and I don't know how much I like it seeming I've heard so many bad things about them. We'll see. Anyway I am sure I will see everyone in Laconia in a couple of weeks.

well at least its better then the rodeo. once you join and start browsing forums you'll notice alot of cars have more problems then noticed. at least you have a 2000 they did work out alot of the problems the 99's had

how many "bad things" are you hearing? because there are really 2 major issues-alternator and fuel pump. Fuel pump is just a matter of when it goes put an aftermarket pump in. Alternator, well, I dunno, just replace it every 18 months.
On the other hand, if you don't feel like it's gonna be reliable for you, the safest bet would be to sell it.
And what's going on in Laconia???? Did I miss something?

My car personally has had a lot of problems. I only owe $5k and I've kept it.

I'd like to know as well.
The only northern/mid NH event coming up that I know about is the autocross on Sept 28th, which is in Concord IIRC

You are NEVER going to get anywhere CLOSE to 14K. I don't even think you'll get 9K

All I have to say is it is worth a shot. How much is an after market fuel pump? Oh yeah, I'm a bonehead I know its Concord I just realized I wrote Laconia haha! I won't be there anyway I have NO ONE to go with and refuse to drive there alone with out someone to go with me. Whats up after that one?

You can get a new stock fuel pump from www.batinc.net for $75 or an stronger aftermarket one for a couple hundred.
