Hi guys, I joined not too long ago, and was wondering if there was going to be any meets coming up. I missed the All Ford show, so I hope that there is something coming up. I don't know anyone around where I live who have modded their Cougar, so I need some opinions and ideas for what I can do next. Even just a small meeting somewhere would be okay.

It would be cool if there was something coming up.. hopefully I can get my car back togeather if anything does go on. It would be nice if there was a convenient place everyone in the stateline, suburbs could all meet up at that isnt unresonably far or obnoxious to get to. Also some form of meet that doesnt cost a small fortune. $20 and over is a small fortune, hahahaha. Everyone remember Rockford is super easy to get to!! :biggrin: (at least for me, hehe) but out of the way for 90% of everyone in IL NECO... oh well.

I think we're still having that camping thing the last weekend of Sept... That'll cost nothing but gas...

There's a battle of the imports the days of September 13-14 at Route 66. I know myself and Kooter (is probably) going.

Hmm, I should have the car back togeather by then (provided UPS brings me the last of the parts I need) I'll have to go to that if everything goes well.

Definately awesome.
I don't know how much registration is, or if I'd even bother...
Still, all I know is it'd be $15 to just get in and walk around, as of entering, I don't know.

OK, I'm almost definatly going now. I needed the cougar back togeather for a reliable car to take but it looks like I would have a ride with someone if the cougar isnt done. My Daily driver is a rusted up Toyota.. Its not bad for 200k miles but its tempermental and probably shouldent take it out of town.
I'll be there one of the days, can't see going both.
