So it looks like its going to be the third weekend in september right now. But so far I only have about three people including myself that has commited to it. This is a really lame start to the chapter if not even half of the people that started the chapter dont even participate in things. We should be on a roll by now, but we are boring.
Im not going to volunteer to plan and host a meet for just myself. I have so many people in the surrounding areas planning meets that i cant attend cause i volunteered to do this one. If we dont get people signed up by the first weekend in september ( not labor day weekend) I will cancel this.
So please say if you are going to be able to make it and add yourself to the list

But here is the sched.
Friday night: Going out to the hawt spot in OKC to get drunk ( yes the kiddies of teh group will be DD, so we will carpool, parking is a *****)
Saturday: Wake up and go take some pics. Start modding Drink. mod. drink. mod. Cook out. mod drink into sunday.
Sunday: finish the mods and continue the drinking. the i kick you out of my momma's house and tell you to go home!
All the drinkin is for my buddy Rich!
Is mexican food ok with everyone for friday night?
And remember, oklahoma has 3.2 % alcohol, so that means if you have 6 point you need to bring yours if you want to save money, less alcy means more to buy to get drunk. Genious.

If you want to bring anything you can, and I encourage you to. Chips, drinks ( not just alcohol), TOOLS TOOLS and TOOLS. I dont have any tools and my moms, so if you need a tool, bring your own or find someone that you can borrow one from.
We also need to get a list of mods wanting to be done.
Has anyone gutted the cats? I would like mine done. I need to wire my indiglos back up. and i think that is all for me. Unless rich wants to cash in the painting that he owes me!

EDIT: I'm not sure how much modding I plan to do but if anyone wants to lower their car I'll bring my spring compressors and we can make a 5-7 hour job of it.

hrm...mapquest shows that it's about 10-15 miles northwest of OKC...Not downtown

True my info seeking friend.
My mother's house is in Piedmont, away from the city so we wont be bothered. Its like 15 minutes from the actual city. Bricktown is in the center of the city. So from the house to downtown will talk us probablly 30 minutes to get there. That is why we are carpooling because that many people following through downtown we will get separated. Plus driving home that distance when people will be having drinks with their dinner is not a good idea. Plus parking is a huge *****. we would bever be able to find parking together if we all drove our cars.

hey it's not my fault...I was planning on coming since I would bee only 5-6 hours away. But the 19th is my birthday and my family said they had plans for that weekend because of it. If things look like they're not gonna happen I'll head up there

I would hope that everyone leaves intime to get to the city about 7ish
The nearest hotel to my mothers is like 20 minutes away......save money and just stay there. She is selling her house so there will be plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Just makes it easier on everyone. But if you dont feel comfortable staying with the group just let me know and ill get you a number to the hotel.

because i know how this works... people promise to come then back out at the last minute and we end up with 2 people drinking 60 beers by ourselves... which i dont mind but i would rather share some beer with ya.... so speak up you T&A members!!! other wise, lots of beer for me.
i will be there around 8 or so on friday. my roush kit is going on that afternoon, so i have to wait for that.

I'm still coming.... but what time is everyone supposed to be there Friday night? I should be able to get off work around 5 (maybe even 4), and then it takes me 3-4 hours to get there so im thinking I could be there by about 9. If thats too late I could just leave early Saturday morning. I'm also gonna try and bring as much high % beer as possible... although I am 19 so I'm taking a risk, but anyone have any requests (I'll definitely be bringing a case of Coors Original)? I don't have any mods planned but I can buy some adhesive so I can fix one of my damn taillight covers that someone messed with.
