Hello!
My 99 V6 MTX has 3 catalytics. You may have read about gutting first two for a little HP gain.
At USA they seem to pass emissions tests as long as the car is hot. What about Europe?
By the way, *each* "cat" costs 800 Euros to be replaced at a Ford dealer. So maybe instead of gutting,
an "empty pipe" to replace original, may save us 1600 EUR if originals are kept to be installed for emission tests only.
What do you think?
