Will someone please tell me how to gut my pre cats and what I need to remove from them. I was just about to get started, but figured I better wait and get some good advise first. Also, anyone have any Dyno results before and after gutting the pre cats.

When you are removing gutting the cats there is a lot of ceramic-like honeycomb up there as well as some white cottony material and two rings of steel wool-like material in each one. When you get the 2nd steel wool ring out you should have gotten it all.
