I got my fukus :)

So I now own a Ford Focus, which is what I've always wanted :) yay! Though it is stick and not automatic, egads! After what happened this morning I think it might take me until the end of next year to learn to drive stick. . . but that's ok! lol as long as I've got my yeller Fukus! If I can I might post pics. Rick and I still have to detail it, get a new shifter, and repaint the dash. The previous owner tried to do mods to it but was unsuccessful. She painted parts of the dash this icky yellow, so we're gonna repaint it some shade of purple. Haven't decided if I want it a light or dark shade. . . She also took out the shifter and shifter boot and replaced it with this gay ass blinking neon yellow shifter that broke when Rick was driving it. Sooo... needs a new shifter. There's a switch in the center console for the strobes in the headlights, but they don't work, not that I like them anyway, so we're going to take them out and replace that switch with a nicer looking switch that will turn on inside neons :) I think that's all... Rick thinks I should get graphics but I don't know about that just yet.

Just thought I'd share the good news!

Hey lady, congrats on the new car. Its a step up from the escort. Maybe you and rick should take this car to the august 9th meet rather than the cougar. BTW, what model focus did ya get.
