I think I have a found a good 3L block from a 1999 sable for 250.00 or a 2001 Taurus block but I don't know the price. I found the SVT UIM, LIM parts as well for 275.00 besides all the gaskets, fluids, etc. Could I just use my stock cams? I am going to use my 2.5 heads. What else am I forgeting. Please let me know what you think cause I think I am going to get the block and do some work on the internals over the winter.

Where can I get those Cleviate77's (spelling) from?

I took a look at that part list and I know where to get the parts from ford but where do I get the other stuff from?

Can you use a 2002 3.0L block from an Escape?

Make sure its a Duratec block and not a Vulcan block.

Don't forget about all the gaskets and such that are needed. Your cams will work fine, however SVT units will make more power.

2002 3.0L block will work from the Escape, DanG can chime in on that one with any other differences.
