ok, i've got a kenwood excelon headunit, 2 12" excelon subs and a 600 watt excelon amp (kac-x501f). can anyone help me with the best settings and best hookup for the best sound. any tips or links to good websites i could use. thanks.

u may want to be more thorough in this question to get feedback. what settings are there to change on your headunit and amp? dont know about the headunit, but for the amp, set the frequencies to as low range as they go (usually around 50) so u get just the good bass.
but its mostly just riding around listening to it, changing settings, more listening, more tweaking, and continue that cycle until u get that perfect sound in your mind. cuz different people like different sounds, some like loose, rattling bass, while i personally like clean, tight bass thats only felt. u just have to experiment. u could try contacting kenwood's tech guys and tell them what you have exactly and see what they have to say.
