2001 grill in a 99-00...tips/help

I purchased a 01 grill with the cougar emblem and would like to modify it to fit in my 00 cougar. Can someone give me tips as to what they used (dremel?) and or full how to's. I would appreciate any help or advice in this matter, thanks!

Ruler and a saw... that is all I used. Measure how long it needs to be and cut it... cut it long till you get the perfect length.
