Does anyone know how the inner and outer tie rod ends come apart where they meet? I am having a brain fart right now and can't picture the assembly in my head. Thanks, Brad

Typically there is a threaded bar that connects the two tie rod ends, and both ends can screw back and forth. That is how they are adjusted.
