Well I had a blast and I think Jason did too.
And I know my friend Adam did.
Anyway here are the pics
I only raced once but I ran against a AWD TSI Talon (Turbo AWD)
and my Reaction time sucked 1 second first run in like 3 months.
But he got the jump on me and I ran first out but shifted at 6,000 in 2nd
(not sure why) then I ran third to 7,000 and reeled him in a bit.
But it was to late. I ended up getting my front wheels even with his back wheels.
When I got to the line my car was wayyyy hot. The temp alone had raised my
fuel pressure to almost 70psi. And I relocated my temperature gauge that tells
you the outside temp and put it under my hood by my intake. And it went past 94 degrees
then shut down. So I know the car was running hot. But I still had fun.
I can't wait until the end of the season I'm gonna gut the car and run my Toyo's
and then we'll see what times I get.

Just got home from Mike's place. Saturday was a blast and totally made up for not going to CougarFest. Tonight 90% of the conversation was about the weekend and all the cars we saw, both cool and stupid. I didn't take any pics since Mike was video taping everything and his dad was taking bookoo pictures. We met 3 Cougar owners (2 from Ohio and 1 from Michigan), none of which had heard of NECO and all three asking question after question about what could be done to their cars both cosmetic and performance. A fourth parked by us, but neither of us ever met the owner.

Mike, the first pic of your second post has the name of the car club the silver frost Roush Cougar owner belonged to: Kaotic Kreations. I knew it was KK, but just couldn't remember the first word.

To give everyone an idea of how sweet some of the cars were: 9 second Neon that looked totaly stock (sleeper) and it just got better and better from there. No matter how ugly you think a Neon looks, you have to respect a 9 second sleeper.

The ZX2 guys were parked right behind us all day (Carmen, etc).

One more side note that was just wierd: Mike left from his parents and Lisa/myself left from our house and planned to meet at Norwalk. As I got close to the main gate what do I see pulling in, Mike, and I pulled in right behind him and his parent's van.
