Ok I am wondering, what are the differences in camshafts, crankshafts, pistons, etc... between the cougar zetec and the focus zetec? What I am asking is can we use aftermarket focus internals in our engine? The biggest restriction of our engine is internally and if we could replace stufff it could be quite a bit powerful n/a. Can we use focus udp's and cam gears? Would the Ford Racing cylinder head and intake manifold fit our engine? And one last question for those energy engine mounts: will the v6 cougar or the zetec focus ones fit our mounts? Sorry for all the questions. Hope someone chimes in with some detailed info.

Everything is direct replacement on those parts. The intake manifold might need some mods to fit but the head and the internals are the same. If you want I can get you a good deal on those parts. PM me.

I found a pretty good site, you can find quite a bit for the zetec. They have a free catalog too. Burton Power (http://www.burtonpower.com/pages/tech01.asp)

ANYTHING YOU WANT...no seriously. I run a shop and we sell and do it all. CAI, throttle bodies, internal engine parts, tranny parts, the works. PM me with what you are interrested in.

all internal parts will work. you can go pretty far n/a by just replacing rod bolts. if you have to start changing rods and pistons then you'd definately be putting out a lot of power
