Maryland NECO has suffered a terrible loss (as have the rest of the NECO family)...
I took the liberty of posting my personal condolences (along with the rest of LS NECO) with them a few days ago, but the funeral was today...SO,
If any of you ever spoke with "Tweeter", knew him personally, or have any personal anecdotes you would like to share, PLEASE POST any of your thoughts in their chapter page. Frank's family will be reading the posts, so ANYTHING you have to share would be wonderful.
