The inside of my fog lights especially have a layer of dust sitting against the glass (part where light shines thru). My headbeams have this as well but not as bad.

How can i fix this? and has anyone else had this before?

Mine have the same thing and it looks like dust but its highly unlikely that dust could get in there.

What those tini specs are is little dents in the outside of the plastic. It is caused by sand, gravel, etc hitting your lights at high speeds and is the same damage you would see on your hood and front bumper.

Is there a way to fix that? Like some how polish it shiny again?

I removed the fog lights and took a closer look. It is definitely some sort of dust or debris inside. I don't know how this could have entered that chamber.

Through the little holes in the back of the housing. They have a rubber piece covering them. Also, there is a way to repair the sand blasting that occurs on fog light lenses. I have done it, and I was very impressed with it.

PM me if anyone is interested in it.
