Those that ran speaker wire to aftermarket speakers in the front doors, how did you run the wire? ie: there are no holes.

That's what you're basically supposed to do, as the stock wires can run upwards of 1000w, IIRC.
Why did you replace your wiring?

Well my deck does not have an amp just 8 volt pre-outs, there's problem one, to the amp. then from the amp the the door speakers right, wrong! I chose MB Quart 6.5 components, because of the molex connector in the door you can't get through w/o drilling. So I cut one of the connectors off my stock speakers and plugged that into the factory harness, then from that connection i went to my crossover mounted in the door skin, and from there to the driver and tweeter. Then from the amp i went up the factory harness in the dash and connected to the unused front speaker wires(my deck has no amp so the speaker wires were not used) on the harness. Anyone see any problems with this?

the wires that are suppose to go into the head unit for my front speakers i just put more wire on that and ran them straight to the amp, cause i have my amp powering all my speakers and sub since it is a 5 channel. the rear speakers just go straight to the amp don't use stock wiring there. so basically i have no speaker wire going to the head unit.

I took a different route. My 91 LeBaron has large door boots. I went to a junkyard and ripped a pair out of another LeBaron. There was no way the new boots would fit the stock holes, and no way to cut out the door jam....door or car....with the door being in the way. I looked around for a stand to hold the door while I unbolted the hinges. Could not find one then, but I have since then. So I built my own. Two sheets of 1 inch MDF, 4 heavy duty 3 inch rotating wheels, numurous threaded rods, and bolts. Cut support to mirror the door skin, mirror and door handle ends, mounted them on a sliding track controlled by the threaded rods. Rolled the whole thing over to the open door, strapped it to the door, unbolted the hinges, and rolled away the door.
Cut new holes in door and car. Undercoated and painted to match exterior paint. Ran two sets of 4 conductor wire into each door. Two conductors for each of the tweeter and mid, positive and negative. Crossovers in rear of car. Pulled any excess stock wire from the door into car throught the new boot and reconnected the stock connector. Looks stock, people don't even notice, until the see pictures of the doors removed.
The hardest and best work never gets noticed, because it looks like it should be there.
