Ok all....since Fest is right around the corner, I need a way to keep track of everyone in the caravan....so..........please post the following information:
-Screen Name
-Real Name
-Where you are meeting the caravan (I am guessing everyone will be meeting us in Dillon, but I would still like you to post it)
-Where you will be driving from to meet up with the caravan
-Approx time it will take you to get from your location TO the meeting destination
-Cell phone number so that you can be contacted if you have not shown up, caravan is late/early, etc.
So it should basically look like this:

Meeting caravan in Dillon via Columbia, SC
Drive time to Dillon: 4 1/2 hours
555-555-1212
With this many people meeting up I need to have something easily available to me to see if we have all the members that are meeting with us in each spot. I would hate for someone to be running a half hour late, nobody else know about it, and we leave a member out to drive by themselves.
I would also hate to hear that you are running a half hour late though.........please be courteous to all the other members in the caravan and BE ON TIME!!! Also, I personally think it is very important for every car in the caravan to have a two way radio. When you re dealing with 10-15 cars driving together, it is critical that we can stay in constant communication, please pick one up if you can afford to do so.
I do not really have a problem posting my cell phone number publicly, especially since I think everyone should be sure to have it. If you do not mind posting it, please do so...although I appreciate you sending them via PMs, other members will not have access to it....this way a list can be complied prior to the trip and we all know sometimes one cell phone will get reception at a time or location when another wont. This way if you try to contact me when we are on the road and you cant reach me, you will have access to other members that you know are in the caravan. Make sense?
