Level 10 and Jagular can do one as well. GrandMasterKhan had a friend that got level 10 done, it helped on the jump and the owner of the car said that it felt faster. With almost similar mods, the MTX was still faster, but slightly better equipped. IMO, that is good enough to be a worthwhile mod as not everyone wants to drive an MTX. If you go into it rememberring that you always have tradeoffs and the joy of not having to shift in everyday traffic will be traded off by having a car that can't speed up in a straight line as fast, you'll be fine. :)
