ok i joined 3-19-03. its soon going to be 7-19-03. what do i have to do to not be a newbie. ive done alot to my car. ive recruited several members and ive even gotten a meet together here in harrisburg for tomorrow night. how do i go from newbie....to member. newbie makes me feel as though its some sort of "probation" period....let me know whats up, later

Moderator and Admin are the only other levels beyond NECO Member and NECO Newbie.

if a position ever becomes available, the 'higher authority' decides and votes who would be the best person for the position.

or you could start a chapter...at least that was what I was told a while ago when I asked the same question.
