View Full Version : Show day and other stuff
Ok, I've looked around and I haven't seen much about the actual show day on Saturday. Supposedly it's at Mt. Trashmore, but where is this place, when do we show up, will there be food there, etc.
Are there any planned events on Friday of is it just a free-for-all do what you want (yes I know about the golf outing Jeremy). Any planned cruises of the strip?
If this stuff is around could we at least organize into one thread that gives all the info someone needs to know because right now I feel like I'll be showing up Thrusday night and just hoping I hear about stuff through word of mouth, c'mon, let's get this finalized, it's only a week away.

im not going to bring my clubs with me -- but i would be very interested in a game of golf!! -- prolly 9 holes though

haha i would love to hit some bars... but unfotunately im only 19- so ummm yeh i dont think that'll happen- im sure they are strict down there anyways

Beach yes, bars maybe, drinking in the room helll yes, the party can be in our room the last night if we still need a host!

IF MT TRASHMORE IS WHERE THE SHOW IS GOING TO BE -
Ken - It's VERY easy to get to. From the hotel, you would get on RT64 and go to RT264 North (or East) towards VA Beach. Exit at Independence Blvd SOUTH! Get in the left lane and take a RIGHT into MT TRASHMORE....it's probably 100 yards or so after you get off the Interstate.
As for the GOLF....you are on your own. It turns out I have to work on Friday...and there is already that scheduled event there which will be taking possession of the course almost the entire day. There is a MINI GOLF/PUTT-PUTT, past MT TRASHMORE....stay on Independence until it breaks off to the right (about 100 yards from MT TRASHMORE), you want to go LEFT (or straight if in left lane) onto Holland. Go straight down Holland until you cross over LynnHaven and it will be on your right.
Anything else?

Event is at Mount Trashmore, hotel stays the same.

It's great to hear that we have a finalized location for the SHOW!
Anyone know the times of when we should start showing up....lunch....and all the good times we are gonna have!
