I have put a LOT of pain, time, money, time, money, frustration, money, some more time...you get the point into my SC 3L Roush. In fact most days I feel like "why am I doing this?" It needs a cold air intake now, it needs a Intercooler, its needs this that whatever.

Well today the temp was a cool 75 degrees and there is a road coming from work that follows a snaking river and has zero traffic on it (in two years I have seen 1 car). Taking my right turn, she didn't see much time out of BOOST the entire road! I was cruising up to 120 mph effortlessly...smooth as glass. 35 mph turns at 75-80....a blast. accleration I have never felt in any car...beautiful. I was in automotive bliss for all 9 miles. On one turn I was going so fast I thought to myself "man I'm driving like a got a pair" that will be my new sig I think. :)

This my friends is what makes that whole first paragraph worth it :)

Moral of the story "Drive your b*tch like you got a pair!"

Who ran a 13.8? I'm thinking with these tires I'll be lucky to get into th 13's, they are all seasons and really nice for everyday driving but give up a little in the straights. Before I go I'm having a pair of drag radials with me!

running a 75shot with an SVT swap and every bolt-on
Yeah if i was you I wouldn't hit the track until you can
grab some drag radials..Good idea

That doesn't make sense. I ran a 13.87 with a 100 shot. How is Ripv8 running the same with a smaller shot? I guess I need to pull some seats out and learn how to drive :shrug:

Kinger, I looked at the Vortec setup on AtomicInternet's car and I could easily modify my CAI to work with the Vortec S/C.

I just have to source my new 3" piping. Until then...:)
