" (My) Favorite Game" by the Cardigans.
It's the song that is on Grand Tourismo. Great driving song

"Turbo Lover" and/or "Freewheel Burning" by Judas Priest

....just a couple of songs that come to mind.

Some suggestions:

01 Velvet Revolver - Set Me Free (Scott Weyland from STP & Slash from GnR)

02 Stone Temple Pilots - Naked Sunday

03 Metallica - I Dissapear

04 Oasis - F#ckin' in the Bushes

05 Buckethead - Nun Chuka Kata (or Night of the Slunk). Both songs make a bass system shine :)

06 Linkin Park - Faint

07 The Offspring - No Brakes

08 Nine Inch Nails - Wish

09 Rob Dougan - Furious Angel (Instrumental)

10 Bob Marley - Sun Is Shining (ATB Club Mix)

11 OutKast vs. Rage Against The Machine - Bombs Over Baghdad

12 Queens of the Stoneage - Go With The Flow

13 AeroSmith - Sweet Emotion

14 Kool & The Gang - Summer Madness

15 Rare Earth - Get Ready (full version)

16 Red Hot Chili Peppers - Shallow Be Thy Name

17 Cowboy Bebop - Tank! (Just for fun :))

Most of these are rock of course. Not everyone likes rap. But all these are great cruising, driving, speeding songs :)

Thanks to everyone that submitted songs. I also recieved all PM's and will be updating track listings. Im gonna put in a deadline date to submit the songs you want (Sunday, since it will take a little bit of time to burn each CD). I will be making 20 MP3s cds and the rest regular. Ive only recieved a few comments from peeps that want an MP3. The Mp3 cd will include appropraite folders for Cougarfest Trance/Techno, CougarFest Rock , etc.

Jscullin: Thanks! Ill be putting those in the Rock Folder and grabbing some great songs for the regular cd.

Ok, everyone, after listening to a good bit of songs over and over, i picked the best in my opinion and loaded 17 tracks onto one cd.

Unforetunatly, i wont have MANY mp3 cds, im going to try to get as many as possible.

Each cd will include a sheet with the track listing and why I picked each individual song for the cd. I hope everyone enjoys this cd I compiled.

See everyone at fest
:wiggle:

edit: i will give these out Thursday evening, and during the day on friday. Just find me . Ill be trolling around everywhere , just ask for George, someone should know me there

MP3 CD for me... I can't stand regular audio CD's anymore... only about 20 songs on a disc! scary.

what about Mike Jones who? Mike Jones who? Mike Jones.....or Quad Thrilla, or Bigger Jimmy Slaade. actually i am kidding, most people probably have not heard of them at all accept Mike Jones who is popular arround Huston,TX and in some circles in Cleaveland, OH and here in my home town. music is all good in it's own way, in its own circles, in its own right. its all good.

"you don't work, you don't eat, you don't grind, you don't shine i got hoes on my d!@k but got money on my mind." Mike Jones WHO?
