Hey if you have photoshop, you can easily use that to resize the pics. They have to be under 128kb in size to be uploaded.

Even if you don't have photoshop, you can use Paint... Open up the picture, click on Image>Stretch/Skew and use the Stretch feature to decrease the size (make sure you change them the same %).

Any more questions just post em up and we'll help you get those pics up.

If you're not Photoshop savvy (like myself hehe), there's a utility called Easy Thumbnail, you can get it from http://www.download.com. It makes shrinking pictures really easy, you can do entire folders in minutes.

The greatest FREE photo application I have ever used (I used a lot of software)
Irfan View (http://www.irfanview.com/) This can resize for you no problem and it's free and a small download (under 1 mb!)

ok well if you know how to attach the pics... First, you attach the pic to your post. Then submit the post and open up the picture you attached. While the pic is open, copy the web address of the picture (make sure it ends in .jpg or whatever your picture is). Then click "edit" on your post. Inside, click on the Image icon (right next to bold, italics, underline) and paste in the web address that you copied. Then just submit the reply and your picture will appear in the post...
