Good day, empire NECO.

Seeing as you people are from the state of NY, im sure there are quite a few of you who have ventured into NYC itself.

I am extremely pumped. Myself and a few buddies are visiting NYC for the first time, Aug. 2, 3, and 4th. Seeing as I've never been there before, does anyone in here know of any great clubs, bars, etc. to go to?

I myself am into the House Music, club scene, while my friends are more into top 40'ish bars, and what not. So I'm sure there will be some variety.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Lance

I head through the grapevine that EXIT is very good.

Thank you.

Thanks Jenna...I've been to like three different areas!

Well Sam, there are some of us down here by NYC.

Exit is Awesome!! If you are into Club and Dance Music, the China Club isn't bad either.

When you say you are going to be in NYC, I assume you are talking about Manhattan, even though NYC is made up of 5 boroughs total and Manhattan is just one. There is club NV or N-V, I forget how the "spell" it (it's pronounced 'envy'), That's cool too, if you are into Hip-Hop, but that's in the Bronx (I think). I am sure there are more clubs that aren't mainstream (like in Greenwich Village), but still kind of cool, on Manhattan. I will talk to my co-workers and get a couple more names for you.
