I have a friend who is the Sales Manager for the Clarion Town Center in Virginia Beach. He is going to try and set something up for those who did not get a room at the Sleep Inn. He can only do reservations if you stay three nights. That should not be a problem since everyone will be staying the night of the 17th, 18th, and 19th. If you want to stay longer I'm sure he can do that also. Here (http://www.clarionvirginiabeach.com/) is the website to the Hotel. It is about 5 miles from the beachfront and about 5 miles from the Sleep Inn. They just did 3 million in renovations. It's a very nice Hotel. Please post if you need a hotel and you are ready to make reservations. I will contact him Monday morning to let him know I have at least five rooms. PM me or post if you have any questions.

We are pretty interested, as the three of us (batcougar, rob8100 and I) have not decided on a place yet...i was thinking about the places right there on Northampton Blvd that are only about a mile or less down the road, but they look a little cheap in the pics. This place looks a lot nicer.
should be deciding this weekend or monday at latest...

My thoughts exactly. I looked at other hotels a mile or two away, and did not trust leaving my car outside. This place looks great, and I would not mind staying there. You can count me in for the 3 days.

I just booked a room at the red roof inn at 5745 Northampton Blvd for 94.49 a night. It is approx. 1 mile from the sleep inn. This price is a internet special. I have it booked for the night of the 17th through the 20th. If you have any questions pm me.
Go to Red Roof Inn (http://www.redroof.com/reservations/inn_details.asp?innNumber=567)

It looks like the red roof inn is probably a better fit everyone but if anybody wants to stay at the Clarion please PM me. The Hotel is a quarter of a mile from Mount Trashmore where the show will take place.
