Hey! My name's Kate. I'm new at NECO. I don't have a cougar but I've just recently thought of working on my z8. I use this car only for racing purposes, and I was wondering what I should do to it first..any ideas? please let me know!:grouphug::hitit::stupid:

It's hard to believe this is legit after today. Did you mean Z28? After all, I doubt anybody's racing a $130,000 BMW Z8.

Is this another dumbass, or someone that wants to be a real member? I can't tell anymore. I apologize if you are really here for a legit purpose, but we've had some issues with idiots on the boards lately.

Katie, if you need some help modifying your Z28 Camaro, you can post in " Garage Talk " or Private message OrangeCat , I believe he has a z28 camaro also.

Actually no, this isnt a z28 camaro. It's a BMW z8. We don't race fairly though. Mostly just for fun. But I've been left with almost 90,000 dollars and thought I could use some of it for my car, but I'm being convinced into trading it in for a skyline.

And I still doubt it. Racing a $130,000 car that sells around 500 units per year domestically? Why didn't you just go all out and buy a 360 Modena? :shrug: Now we throw in the "I've got $90,000 burning a hole in my pocket..." :rolleyes:

I dunno about this, why look for ideas on modding a BMW Z8 on a cougar forum?....Like looking in the Chevy forums for a Ford engine to put in a 1969 Camaro...just dont make any sense. But anyways if you really want advice....id tear out the engine and drop it in a civic dx WITH a rear spoiler. Now you can talk street racing.....:kick:
Anyways if its all just some misunderstanding then im an ass, and if not...well....I think ignernt got a good idea of the situation.
