DId you separate the glass part from the gauge covers, or did you install it through the gauge covers?

installs are quite simple on these.

1. take out the plastic shell over the gauge cluster
2. remove 3m backing from CF cover
3. slide it inbetween one of the larger holes of the cluster cover.
4. start on one side of the cover and press down making sure its in the correct space.

Its really simple, if i could figure it out without a how-to anyone can

DgnZCoug -
What kind of details are involved when you "take out the plastic shell over the gauge cluster"? (I assume this is the clear see through plastic piece in front of the cluster - the "sneeze and cough guard" so to speak).
I'm trying to build up my courage to install a bezel if it's as easy as you say!
Thanks.
Peter:)

unless ur gauges are different than mine, u cant seperate the clear plastic from the piece the bezel goes on. i followed the how-to on teamneco.com to get my gauges out, then there was 4 clips-2 top, 2 bottom- that held the gauge cover on. then u can take that piece out and put the bezel in somewhere with more room than ur car. the bottom piece went in pretty easy, just took the backing off and kinda slid it into place. the rest was a little tougher: first practice putting the large piece in through the speedometer hole with the backing ON so u dont f*** up too bad with that glue, cuz its real sticky. once u got that down, take the backing off, and slide the bezel inside. start on the top middle and keep it tight with the outside as good as possible. mine fit pretty good around the tach and speedo, but was tight around the temp and fuel. since my gauges have silver rings that stick up, i had to get the bezel as close to the edge of those rings and stick em down then stick it down around flat piece. mine turned out pretty good, and i kinda like the added 3D look of it curving up to the rings. good luck.
