I just got me a new car!!

Hello All! My name is Garland and I just got a 2001 Cougar V6(Pics tomorrow)!! This car is awesome in all possible ways!! My previous car was a 2000 Ford Focus Sedan(Short-Ram Intake/Shorty Headers/Cat-Back Exhaust/Chip/Lowered) which I totaled(going around a corner too fast with slippery roads will get you a broken axle, may she rest in peace). It had the i4 Zetec engine in it, the same as in the Cougar but a little less powerful. Anyways this car kicks some much more ass then the Focus. Great looks, great handling, great power(you think you're going 35 but when you glance down you're at 60!!), and last but not least the awesome interior and huge trunk space, and the leather seats are somethin' comfortable. I can't say that I like the Cougar, I have literally fell in love with it! Not gonna be stock for long either as soon as I got home from the dealership I was on ebay. I got me a AEM Short-Ram in the mail! Next mod will be a chip(my ATX focus had a superchip in it and it did wonders for the driveability, so I'm hoping for a repeat performance)This car is awesome and this site!! I'm gonna go sit in my car now, Peace ya'll.

Welcome to the boards....If you're interested there is an event called CougarFest (http://www.cougarfest.com) commin up in a couple weeks.... It's in Va Beach, but there is a caravan from FL that is goin up that way, and pickin up a few members from your area (DgnZ is the only member that I can think of). Yep my car is a dark green. You might have seen me, Im always around Atlanta and most of the major highways around it.

oh youll probably notice im always on the forum , since I work in front of a computer all day haha, but right now im downtown right near Lenox Mall.

Yea that was my black focus(R.I.P). Anyways i've now moved on to bigger and better things :). As a matter of fact it was your car I thought of when I bought my cougar. Hey man we gotta meet up sometime!

yeah we can meet up anytime really, you dont live in conyers do you? cause i remember you met up with my friend with the tibby and eclipse that one night in the parking lot. Ill be out friday and saturday night in conyers not doing much. You need someone to install your intake for ya? We could install it at my house this weekend or something
