For those attending CougarFest........................................

Anyone interested in joining up with the Florida/Carolinas/Georgia caravan, please let me know ASAP. I am trying to finalize the caravan route with meeting spots and times or all the members that want to join the caravan and want to be sure that everybody is accomadated.

Also, anyone that is meeting up with us, if you could PM me a cell phone number if you have one and that way should anything happen along the way you can be contacted as to the status of the caravan...ie, on time or not.


Finally, please be sure you bring a two way radio.

I have had a thread going for several days and have gotten no input....I have also sent out emails to everyone who is registered and have yet to receive anything back from that either with the exception of Kenny and one person registered from Florida...it is actually kinda discouraging to spend so much effort on something and get the feeling in return that nobody really gives a flip. You can look into almost any other given chapter and everyone is leaving feedback....however with this caravan I have been working on it for probably a month and not once have I gotten ANY feedback.

Well, I have give you a little input in PMs, but for everyone to comment on, 4:30 is pretty damn early to be meeting in Jacksonville, but I don't really care. I make that exact same drive 6 times a year, so I am very used to it. It is not bad at all. I know good backraods in VA, but with all of the people we have, they probably are not the best idea. I usually make this drive in about 10 hours, so with all of us, as long as we dont screw aroudn too much at our stops should take 12 hours.

I thank you for your planning effort, and if you need any help, let me know. As I said, I am very familiar with this stretch of road, and I spend most of the year living very close to where cougarfest is, so I can answer a lot of questions if anyone has any.
