Ok, there are numerous threads on this, but I won't tell you to use the search button because I just can't bring myself to do it. Here's what to do (this will take awhile):
The first thing you want to do is put the led's in the angel eyes. There will be two prongs off of each led, the long prong is generally the negative end, the packaging will tell you. Solder a positive end of one led to the negative end of the other led. This will leave you with one negative end and one positive end coming out of the angel eye. It doesn't matter which led is used for the power and which is used for the ground since you soldered them together.
Run a wire (black if you want to keep power and ground straight) from the negative prong that's left (solder the wire to it). This is your ground wire. Just ground this to a bolt or screw withing reach of the angel eye location. That's done then.
Run another wire (red for color coding) from the positive led prong that's left over. This is your power wire. I would use a three-prong switch inside the car. I see you have an atx, so you have a gromet that you can pull out by your pedals which gives you a hole to run wires through the engine bay to your dash. This power wire is going to be attached to the accessory power prong on the switch, generally the prong in the middle, but verify that. Then your wiring of the actual lights is done.
All that is left is to wire the other two prongs on the switch. You need to run a wire from the power prong on the switch to a power source in the car, this is your choice depending on where you're mounting the switch (cigarette power wire works well, or you can tap into any other power wire). Then run another wire from the ground prong on the switch to a metal bolt in the car to ground the switch.
That's basically it, if you have any other questions feel free to post them. I tried to be as clear as I could be. Remember to unhook the negative on your battery before you go splicing into wires for the switch.
