I really need some help here, I am gonna get at least one kicker solo baric 12" these things have dual 2 ohm voice coils that are rated at 375 RMS per coil, now when looking for an amp, do I get something that is like 400x2 at a 2 ohm load? Or am I way off base....

I would try to find a good 1 ohm stable amp. That way you can run you wires in parrelel, 2-2ohm voice coils in parrelel is 1 ohm. Get an amp that is around 375-400w * 1ch @ 1ohm. Then when you wire it, run positive of the amp to + of one voice coil to + of the other voice coil, and - to - to -. You would then be putting 375 -400w to each voice coil.
