Ice V6000 Optional Extra

Hi, I'm going to be a proud owner of an X Plate Cougar in a few weeks, as it will be my company car. Anyway the details that they have supplied me states that it comes with an Ice V6000 ? I've looked it up on Google and it suggests that it is some Barometer device. Is that the case or is it a 'Ford Thing'.

PS the model I'm getting is a 2.0L, does that come with a CD Player as standard ?

OK, ignore the ICE bit, that just stands for In Car Entertainment. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the V only means Version in this case.

You'll be getting the Ford 6000 unit which has got a single cd player with radio. :)

A CD head unit certainly isn't standard, my Zetec came with a tape player out of the factory.

My how things have changed since then.
