are you looking for a plain stock eclipse front or the blitz?

In response to your other posts. I tried the Eclipse rear & it doesn't work. Our rears are curved & the Eclipses' have a squared design. Plus there are a lot of alignment issues. You'd be better off molding those mini lights in the bumper into a Cougar bumper.

But the front looks good. Provided it's a direct match size wise & your incredibly skilled at molding...

It works, but you'll definitly need a kit to round out the aggressiveness of the front. A Kaminari or No Limit would work.

If you mold over the Eclipse turn signals and some how get away with no front plate, i think it might not look to bad. Who knows, you could allways give it a shot. OHHHHH heres a master plan, some how make a driver of an eclipse rear end you or someone you know, and then make them buy the bumper off of you.............God I am to smart........

ok first off THAT bumper doesnt look even look good on an eclipse... secondly, the blitz front might work on a cougar since they split where the lights split. and uhhh third... someone should chop a 99 GSX front... I think it would look better than that one.

i agree a 2nd gen eclipse front would flow much better. but you would be putting a dime dozen car's front bumper on a unique cougar. no thank you.

the 03 front is hideous...On the Eclipse! uuugghh. i would hate to see one on the cougar.

I actually like that....take the front plate off, and angle the "mouth" a little more and it might actually look really nice.

what i was thinking was to mold over werhe the ornage light is, and then cut out the space below it so its a bigger square and mesh it. or if i was really ambitious, cut it out to the size of the WRX foglights, you know the new square ones on the 2004 and install those in the hole. i think it would be original and could look good.

It kinda makes the car look like a ZX2:puke:. Hey its your car though do what you want. Seems like its gonna cost a decent amount of money though for not that great of an end result.

If I had the money, I'd go ahead and put the Blitz front on my car, we did a photoshop of it awhile back and it looked really good, better than the eclipse. I wish I could find our pics, but I erased mine.

Here is a better photoshop than what I did, one of them with just the front and the other with the front and sides of a blitz kit,

If it is a little wider than the cougar, couldn't I just use the fender flares and turn it into a widebody blitz kit???
