Agreed...3 episodes just wouldn't have made it very good for the network...

I always did wonder how he could build a car, houses, radios, etc. and not just build a new boat though. :)

Also, and this kind of goes back to the 3 men in a tub thing, why didn't skipper, gilligan, or professor ever try to spend a little "quality time" with Marianne or Ginger?? I mean come on...they may not have been the hottest chicks in the world, but they were nothing to sneeze at! Kind of makes you wonder about all that "little buddy" talk, doesn't it??
