gmme a weekend, a second bumper, an air powered cutting tool, a bucket of resin and some sheets of fiberglass...
I thought about that once before, and tried to do it on photoshop. The two center supports that is. Now that I see what it would look like...I think it looks crappy. It takes away from the lines of the car.

Move them out so they cap the ends of the Fogs. Or better yet, remove it all together and make a black bracket behind the grill so it's hidden.

i tend to agree with the general consensus. also, think about your options for ground effects. unless you get a replacement bumper, you're going to have to modify any front lip you get. though, if you have the skill to do this to the stock bumper, i'm sure you'd have the skill to do that, too, just making you aware.
