Summer Cougar Extravaganza just got better...

For all you out-of-towners...or people who don't like to drive after a few pops :biggrin:

it will now be easier for you to come down to the great city of Windsor and there is all the more reason to!

A couple of things:

1. My roomates and I have decided to be generous. Anyone who wants to bring a tent and camp over in my backyard on Saturday August 16th for the Extravaganza is more than welcome to. I have a huge backyard, 5 to 7 tents will fit no problem

2. Due to some other factors, we've also decided to not only have a bonfire the night of the 16th at my place but there will also be beer to guzzle as there will be at least one, possibly more, KEGS of BEER for us to consume. No cost to anyone! It is all on the house

well that is unfortunate but the date is not going to change again. I'm unsure why this fact didn't come out a week ago when the date change was suggested, even though I doubt it would have changed anything anyways.

The reality is that there is only 8 weekends to the summer, and to try to find a weekend to satisfy everyone is immpossible. First of all you have to discount all of the long weekends (beginning of July, August and September) because those are always busy for everyone. That leaves you 5 weekends to cram other events in. Cougarfest is one of those weekends, and Importfest is another. Now your down to 3. See the problem ? :)

Regardless, this event is going to be a great time... looking forward to seeing everyone!

i mentioned the mid ohio race a long time ago when ron first mentioned organizing something...
i didn't even know a discussion on changing the dates had occurred....the only "news" i read about it was you posting about the keg. oh well, c'est la vie.
