Is it really pouring transmission oil all over the place or is it a slight leak?

Car only making it from shop to home before braking again = bad work.

I would go back and demand him to fix it (for free) or face legal action.

yeah bro thats exactly wut i told him. Also now hes telling me worse things that some how with in 20 miles from the shop i already blew 2 gears and the compersor housing that is literely imposible. but hes telling me to pay for it so i told him im gonna get a lawyer on his ass. But for some reason i dont think thats gonna work i guess i might be 2800 dollars short once again and its just upsetting me this guy is getting away with it and ive herd from other people there just this morning that they have had the same problem also the leak is coming from between the block and the tranny so i dont know wuts goin on aight thanx guido ttyl bye

I would take the car to another transmission repair place and have them do a thorough check on the car and make a detail list of everything that is now wrong with the transmission. Then take said list to the original transmission place and say "This is whats wrong, now fix it at no cost to me, or face legal action." Save that list for yourself for future use incase legal action is needed.

call aaction's headquarters they are a big chain and you might get something done that way and call better business .burro... you can get a tranny from a junk yard for about 700 to 1000 ant 150 to 300 to put it in...
I would have done that well good luck
