Dead alternator

I took my battery up to autozone and got it checked and its good, so I have another bad alternator, but now its not in warranty. Any suggestions on what to do, new or rebuilt one, or if anyone wants to help remove/install a new one :biggrin: or can tell me what all tools I need to do so please let me know.
