Inspection failed..

Catalyst Not Ready
Evap Not Ready
O2 Sens Not Ready
O2 Sens Htr Not Ready

Everything else was either Ready or N/A.

And, there are no fault codes...

I understand that it could be because the car wasn't warm enough, but, its 102 degrees outside, and
I was driving around for about 30 minutes, parked it for about 10-20, and then drove another 3-4 minutes to get
the inspection done...

What could it be? Which O2 sensor? Or, do you honestly think it wasn't warm enough?

Occasionally, when someone else drives my car (Mom, specifically, so not so ... hard as I drive it), the CEL light is
tripped... iirc for running too lean. There is a cone filter in place of the airbox, and it is my understand that is
usually what causes it.... (thats the conclusion I have came to after ruling everything else out)...

So yes, the question is, what do you think I need to fix/replace...

102 degrees .. cone filter .. sounds like you could have a heat soak problem ..

Heatsoak can cause them to be Not Ready?

How can I check to see if they are ready before taking it up there
and having it try to be inspected again.. cause I get one retry before I have to pay for it again...

Anyone know?
Don't mean to bump this but I need to get whatever the problem is
fixed within the next few days..
