View Full Version : Just got the headers back with new coating- GORGEOUS!

Aren't they puuuuurty? The pitting you see is where the headers were rusted- Marty had to blast them down to the bare metal, then he sent them off for recoating. Got them back in a little over 1 week turnaround. Now THAT'S customer service.

Looks good! Did Marty make you pay for your recoating?
I'm going to refer all questions of cost to Marty. I don't want to speak out of turn, as he's done great work for the CDW-27 community.

Hmmm...maybe I should send mine back too.....
My y-pipe is rusted all to **** again.....and now its creaping up ther header tubes even further than before

I don't have much rusting on mine, but then again I still have most of my orginal coating......but I like the new stuff.....can't wait to see it in person this weekend dan :)
