I recieved a nice dent in my passenger fender and front of my door from an anonymous individual. I know some people have been replacing theirs with Z3 fenders, anyone keep their old stock ones I could buy?

Also if anyone knows of a good paintless dent removal place (the only one I could find wanted $450) let me know.

Thanks!

Hey Brad, Have you tried the Ding King yet? worked on my car. also i heard this works but never tried it. if you get some dry ice and rub the dent then take a heat source like a hair blow dryer i heard it pops it out.

Just take your car to any body shop and see when their PDR guy comes around. Most shops don't have their own PDR man, they usually travel from shop to shop on a regular schedule.

I'd be interested to hear about what happened if you tried to get your fender repaired... because I have a somewhat similar situation. Unfortunately, mine was caused by my own carelessness. :stupid:

I was following an Explorer with a big trailer hitch on the way home from work today. It was raining, a bit hard to see, etc and he stopped much faster than I expected. I didn't hit him hard, if the hitch wasn't there I probably wouldn't have hit him at all, anyway, no damage to the cars except there's now a trailer hitch shaped dent in my front bumper. The paint in that area also got gouged.

I'm wondering what my options might be here... assuming I want to stick with a stock front bumper one way or another. Is this type of dent repairable (considering it's plastic), am I looking at having to replace the bumper? I'd appreciate your thoughts.
