View Full Version : Indiglos not workin w/ Fogs

I just installed my indiglo gauges and when I turn on the lights they work but when I turn my stock fog lights on the gauges turn off! Is there something wrong or am I doing somewthing wrong with the wiring or is it something else b/c the indiglos work fine when driving with normal lights, but I like driving with my fogs, but I cant b/c the indiglos go off. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanx

Sounds like they've been wired into the high-beam wire instead of the parking light wire. If I remember correctly the parking light wire is blue/red. Take a look and see what wire they're connected to...Did you install them? Since the high beams turn off the fogs that might be what happened.

Mine are wired to the headlight switch. You'll want to ttap or splice into the thick orange wire with a black stripe. thats the main power for headlights at the switch level. took about 1 minute to wire it up.
