Ford 100 year celebration Chartiy Drive (Test Track)

Have any of you heard the deal that Ford is offering during thier 100 years aniversay celebration?

For a $50 donation, you get a lap on the Ford Proving Grounds Track.
Drivers must be 18 and have valid insurance, but other than that that's all.

Just wondered if any of you work for Ford and have more information:
Which parts of the track?
Is there a speed limit?
Can you have a passenger(s)?

I found out that it's a parade lap.
