Before I do 3.0 upper swap, I must make sure
3.0upper swap is better than 2.5 svt swap, or at least same.
so can you tell me 3.0 upper swap is better?
how increase HP? or TQ?
or some other things,
and fuel milege

I will answer your question if you promise to start doing some research before asking questions. The 3L UIM requires some fabrication. There is a thread that explains all that and how to do it. Check the how-tos. I believe it nets the same or very close gains compared to the SVT UIM. One bonus is it costs MUCH less to purchase. As far as HP gains I think if matched with a 3L or SVT TB you could see 5-8 HP. As far as gas mileage goes I have no clue. It all depends on the tuning of your engine I guess. Fuel economy has many variables and if you do some research you could estimate but I am not going to go over all variables and give you an estimate. This is something you have to do on your own. I do not know your car nor what you have done to it. Please get some more research under your belt because to me it seems like you really don't know much about performance and/or you just haven't done any research at all...

yes, there are plenty of threads where this has been explained already. true, the pics are kinda vague, but once you get one in your hands, it can start to make some more sense as to what goes where.
a copy of the ford cd will also help. i have pics of the upper and tb as i am going to do this but am still gather parts (svt tb and cables) and more tools (angle grinder, i'll need it again eventually).
