Hey, does anyone know if the Billet Antenna's makes a big decrease in reception?

i don't personally have one but want one. i was told it does decrease reception. i really want to shave it off and install a hidden interior antenna

Yes, it definitely decreases your reception. If you get it, i hope you like WBLI or cd's

Yeah, I love the way mine looks, but the reception is crap most of the time. The one station I get in clear all of the time is friggin' KJOY. But I think I'm getting used to the static :tongue: And I love my CD collection :)

Mine is sitting in my center console since the reception SUX. I agree with matt, WBLI is the ONLY station you get.

Well that does it for me! I can't get one , i live in the middle of no where. i wouldn't even get Wbil, maybe 99.9 in CT and that would really suck.

If you want one for the looks to have when you go out, a member who "bailed" on his sweet French Blue 35th Anniversary Cougar may still have his for sale. I will PM him and see if he still has it. I'm sure he'd get rid of it quite cheap.

There is a short antenna in the For Sale (http://www.fastcougar.com/forums/messageview.cfm?catid=6&threadid=73879) section. He's getting rid of it cheap :)
