I just spent ALL day cleaning my COUGAR

ALL DAY!! Let me tell you the Heather Cleaning Cougar Process (because it is different than another other person's cougar cleaning process):

1. Go to Pepboys and get the stuff which GldGremlin and Reagan recommended. Sales guy was very nice but he must of given me 6 other bottles of stuff to use on my car (which I put back the second the guy left)
2. Wash cougar w/dawn soap.
3. Clay Bar the cougar.
4. Call Reagan
5. Cougar Lettering falls off
6. Call Reagan again.
7. Clay Bar rest of cougar.
8. Call Pepboys
9. Car Cleaner the cougar
10. Polish the cougar
11. Polish the parts I forgot or missed on cougar.
12. Wax cougar
13. Wax the parts I forgot or missed on the cougar.
14. I take a shower. THANK GOODNESS! :)

The thing that gets me is why does the clay bar get to be used 3 times but they only give you enough liquid stuff for one car!!

I did get a nice tan out of the deal but I hope I don't have to do this EVERY WEEK! UGH! :)

and I wash my car about 3 times a week, usually takes me about 2 hours... vacuum, wash the exterior, wash off the dash(armor all kicks ass) and all that

keeps her clean, bu ti've never waxed her, so that's one of the many things i'll be doing when i get home :)

Why would you call Pepboys? ? ?

I wash(keep it tidy) my car every day. Well, if it's dirty, car wash. But other than that it's just a wax coat a day. (pure carnauba paste wax if i got a car wash, if not, meguire's spray wax / quick detailer.) The plastic and dash and everything is done in Kit protectant. The rims are done in spray wax. The tires are daily sprayerd with meguire's hot shine spray can. (Sometime's Meguire's gel, but once a week.)

The badging and exhaust is done in chrome polish. Vaccuum ever 2 days or so. Saddlesoap the leather seats once a week, use leather wipes almost daily.

Windows are windexed daily, and I actually use the paste wax on the back windows, makes the limo tint all the cooler, and I have no streaks, just pure clean.

Underbody is washed every 2 weeks at the quarter car wash. Clay bar is applied whenever I feel it's needed (at least 3 times a summer.) Engine is checked daily to ensure shine.

I admit, I have OCD with cars (or something). I CANNOT drive a dirty car. Plus, cleaning my car is one of the activities I enjoy most. (Yes, almost more than driving it.)

Then the other cars I clean for fun take a little long, a 2000 Pontiac Montana (all black, very fun to polish) and a *sigh* 2003 Kia Sorento (my dad has extreme kia pride.)

I spend double time on other people's cars usually.

I use a tooth brush on every single party of the car, from rim to engine, no crack left unclean. :)

And white jacket people are :cool:, I've met them before.

At Indy Fest, a cougar bud was helping bring the cooler into the hotel and dropped it in the middle of the parking lot when he discovered that Mary was here. There I see Mary's car and about 20 guys around her cougar and I have to assume that Mary was somewhere in the whirl of guys.....

I also think Mary looks pretty good for being "older" and having three kids!

I had to bring the cooler up to the hotel myself... LOL
