Hey Guys,

I just wanted to let you guys know how impressed I've been with Keith Schuster and Chris Hightower over at Street Flight. I'm the proud owner of a blown 99 Cougar who like many of you was having just about every problem imaginable with my Vortech kit and tuning of the car. Basically for the last 3 months I was riding around in car that ran like crap. After several disappointing phone calls to tuners all over the country I stumbled upon the guys down at Street Flight who immediately came to rescue. They were able to send a custom chip within 2 days of my initial phone call. When I finally was able to get into their shop they took no shortcuts in getting my car tuned optimally. I can't even begin to tell you how refreshing ithas been to deal with people who still believe in customer service and who aren't out to make a quick buck. My sincerest thanks goes out to Keith, Chris, and the rest of their staff.
Sincerely,
Courtney A Holland MD, Cpt US Army Medical Corp

Great! I'm so glad to hear another success story from Street Flight. They are local for me, and they are by far my shop of choice. Like you said, with them it's never about making a quick buck, but rather satisfying the customer. That is the kind of thing that brings me back again and again. When the time comes to go Forced Induction for me, you know who my first phone call will go to (whether I live in Arizona or Alabama).

Loyalty goes a long way when you find someone you trust and who shows they care about your car. Turbo isn't something you just think up on the fly like "oh gee, I want to go faster, guess I'll go get a turbo installed tomorrow." It's something you plan about for months before doing, so why try and rush to get in when the time comes where you can get it done? Just make an appointment, whether it be a couple weeks or 4 months from that time. Just as long as you know when you'll be going in.

I agree....you must plan. But when planning is done and action is ready then you have to wait another 4-6 months. Im not saying they are a bad company by any means, im just against waiting when im ready. Ive talked to a few that are on a extended waiting list for awhile and they are way past ready. Just my opinion of course, im just confused why they dont have any on the shelf ready when they have been producing this kit for awhile now.

Because the "they" of StreetFlight is as much a "they" as CustomCougars was (as far as I know). It's more like a "he."
