I haven't paid much attention to this forum till recently and I still haven't seen the HP and torque ratings for the various 3.0L engines. Can someone enlighten me to the specs on these engines? Also with the mods some of you have done before the engine is installed what kinda improvements over stock 3.0L specs are you hoping to see? Anyone of these swaps been to a dyno yet? Thanks, Jeff

I haven't done it yet but from what I have seen it is pretty simple.
Stock 3.0L duratec = 200-hp @ 5650 rpm, 200 lbs.-ft. @ 4400 rpm
Any mods you add such as intake, exhaust, chip, etc. add horsepower to those numbers. If I understand correctly using SVT or stock heads will only increase the stock number due to an increased compression ratio. As far as dynos I haven't seen too many.
